Biography:
Nathan Stearns joined the firm in 2021 and is of counsel to the firm. Nathan represents clients in Vermont and New Hampshire in the areas of land development and commercial real estate matters, including Act 250, local zoning and state environmental permitting. He also practices in the area of business formation and advice and works with several municipalities in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire. He works with a broad range of clients who share a common goal of responsible land development and business practices. He has assisted many clients, from nonprofit startups to mature businesses and municipalities, and helps his clients negotiate and navigate business acquisitions, sales, land development and operational issues. Nathan has over 25 years of experience as both an investment banker and a lawyer.
