Staff Assistant – Sheehey is seeking to hire a Staff Assistant to join its growing team. The Staff Assistant is an entry-level position and provides administrative support to the firm’s attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants. Duties will vary but could include: organization and management of electronic and paper files, answering a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, hand-deliveries, copy projects, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is able to assume responsibility for multiple projects with shifting priorities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working knowledge of MS Office applications is a must. Legal experience is not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
