Sheehey Sponsors Girls on the Run

Sheehey Furlong & Behm is proud to announce the firm’s sponsorship of Girls on the Run Vermont. The non-profit organization is one dedicated to changing the lives of girls in grades 3-8 through their character development program. Their experience-based program curriculum is designed to inspire, “girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident” and instills girls with the necessary skills to navigate their world while laying the foundations for a lifelong appreciation of health and fitness. The program will conclude with a celebratory 5K to be hosted Saturday, June 3rd in Essex Junction. Sheehey’s sponsorship of the program will help provide access to the program for girls who would not have otherwise been able to participate.

Sheehey Voted Best Corporate Law Firm

For the fifth year in a row, Sheehey Furlong & Behm has been voted as a recipient of Vermont Business Magazine’s Best of Business Award for Best Corporate Law Firm. The award is part of a program which celebrates the best Vermont businesses in over 100 businesses-to-business categories. Award winners are chosen by VermontBiz readers, with over 80,000 votes cast this year alone. Per VermontBiz, the awards are emblematic of the stand-out businesses in Vermont, “the ones that offer the best customer service, that are willing to go above and beyond and pay attention to detail.”

Sheehey Sponsors Green Up Day

Sheehey Furlong & Behm is proud to announce its sponsorship of the 2023 Green up Day, an initiative dedicated to protecting Vermont’s natural environment and beauty. The yearly event encourages Vermonters to participate in cleaning up their local communities, supplying residents with free supplies and encouraging them to participate by picking up litter in their neighborhoods. Green Up Vermont, who puts on the initiative each year, notes that it’s their mission to “promote the stewardship of our state’s natural landscape and waterways, and the livability of our communities.”
