Debra L. Bouffard

Debra L. Bouffard joined the firm as a litigation associate in September 2004 and is a principal of the firm. Ms. Bouffard focuses her practice primarily on civil and criminal ligitation and serves both businesses and individuals. She also frequently counsels and advises firm clients on all types of employment–related questions. Previously, she served as a law clerk to the Vermont trial court judges in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.

Ms. Bouffard is a native Vermonter. She is a graduate of: Boston College Law School (J.D., 2002), where she was a member of the school's National Environmental Moot Court team; the University of Vermont (M.S., 1997); and Boston College (B.A., 1995, summa cum laude). Currently, she is admitted to practice in the State of Vermont, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
