Benjamin Marks

Mr. Marks joined the firm as an associate in 2004. He specializes in commercial/transactional matters and in regulated industries. He represents and advises business enterprises both inside and outside Vermont in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private placements, financings, employment agreements, technology licensing and other business-related matters. He also represents utilities in regulatory proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marks was an associate in the corporate department of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in New York City.

Mr. Marks is a graduate of The University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 1997) and Amherst College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1988). Mr. Marks is admitted to the bar in Vermont and in New York State.
