Arline Duffy

Arline P. Duffy joined the firm as an associate in January 2009. Her practice encompasses civil and criminal litigation, as well as regulatory and transactional matters.

Previously, Ms. Duffy served as an Attorney Fellow in the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel for The George Washington University. In that position, Ms. Duffy's practice areas included intellectual property, regulatory compliance, contracts, and university policy development and governance. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Duffy worked for fourteen years in higher education administration.

Ms. Duffy is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, the University of Maryland College Park, and the University of Vermont. She is admitted to practice in the State of Vermont, the Federal District Court of Vermont, the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association and the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
