Sheehey Furlong & Behm is proud to announce that the firm is sponsoring the 2023 Power of Connection Event. The annual event is hosted by Mercy Connections, an organization dedicated to empowering those it serves through avenues of education, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and community.

The event will be held on May 2nd, and will be live streamed for virtual attendance. Its focus will be to celebrate the success of those who Mercy Connections serves, and will feature stories of participants strength, progress, and resilience. During the event, Mercy Connections will also honor Scott Boardman, recipient of the 2023 Catherine McAuley Award in acknowledgement of his years of service.

Sheehey Furlong & Behm is proud to announce its continued sponsorship of the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner. The 112th Annual Dinner, which will take place on Thursday, April 13th, is a celebration of community. The event “brings together business executives, community leaders, and elected officials” in recognition of both business and leadership achievements. It is hosted by the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce, an organization which is dedicated to encouraging prosperity in the Lake Champlain region through its efforts with the region’s community and emerging talent. Sheehey Furlong & Behm is proud to announce its continued sponsorship of LUNAFEST, a traveling film festival showcasing award-winning films both by, and centered on, women.  LUNAFEST is presented by Vermont Works for Women (VWW).  Kevin Lumpkin, Sheehey partner and VWW board member, commented “Vermont Works for Women is doing tremendous and impactful work to advance gender equity and create a bright future for Vermont’s women and girls.”
